Refund policy

We have a 7 Days Exchange Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange in case of any issues. 
It is Mandatory to provide an unboxing video and images, or else Savi Studio won't be able to help with the exchange of the order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For exchange, the customer has to bear the shipping cost.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at savistudio94@gmail.com, If your exchange is accepted, our courier boy will visit your location, pack the product and take it with him. We will dispatch your exchanged product promptly upon receiving the parcel.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We do not have any refund or return policy as our model is Produced as per demand. 
We exchange and bear shipping cost in case of any Damages or other issues made from our level.
